HOW TO USE: 

1. Pour 4 cups of milk or yogurt in to the white container and microwave for 15 minutes. (*DO NOT microwave the green lid and colander.)
2. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar (Tip: use the smaller section of the lid for measurement!), and 1/2 teaspoon of optional salt into the mixture. 
3. Stir the mixture well; cover and let it stand for 30 minutes. 
4. Pour the mixture through the filtering colander; press firmly on the cheese to get rid of the excess water. 
5. After separation, cover the cheese and cool it in the refrigerator for fresher enjoyment!
